Temporary Supervision Assistance Program (TSAP) provides income-based financial assistance to help cover the high costs of court-ordered supervised visitation. We are committed to child-centered decision making and helping families maintain safe, consistent, and court-compliant contact during challenging transitions.
How We Help
TSAP provides income-based financial assistance to help cover the cost of supervised visitation, including:
- Assistance with supervised visitation intake fees
- Coverage of up to 75% of visit costs, based on household income
- Support for parents navigating the supervised visitation process
- Collaboration with approved supervised visitation providers
Our program helps reduce missed visits and promotes stable, court-compliant family contact.

TSAP supports:
- Court-ordered noncustodial parents
- Families experiencing financial hardship
- Parents committed to safe, supervised contact
- Children impacted by missed or inconsistent visitation
Based in Irvine, California (Orange County), TSAP currently serves families locally and is actively working toward expansion into other regions to ensure financial hardship does not disrupt parent-child bonds.
