Our Mission
What We Do
The Temporary Supervision Assistance Program (TSAP) is a nonprofit initiative created to address a growing and often overlooked issue in the family court system: the high cost of court-ordered supervised visitation.
With supervised visits often exceeding $75 per hour, many noncustodial parents are forced to miss visits—not due to lack of desire, but lack of financial resources. TSAP was formed to close that gap.
Based in Irvine, California (Orange County), TSAP currently serves families locally and is actively working toward expansion into other regions.
Why TSAP Exists
TSAP was founded after witnessing parents go to extreme lengths—donating plasma, taking on multiple jobs, and sacrificing basic needs—simply to see their children.
When parents cannot afford visits:
Children lose consistency and emotional connection
Parent-child relationships are strained
Court-ordered reunification efforts are disrupted
TSAP believes children should never lose access to a parent because of financial hardship.
Our Commitment To Children
At the center of TSAP is the belief that:
Children benefit most from safe, consistent relationships with both parents.
We are committed to:
Child-centered decision making
Safe, court-compliant visitation
Reducing barriers to reunification
Supporting families during challenging transitions
Our Vision
TSAP envisions a future where:
Supervised visitation is accessible—not prohibitive
Financial hardship does not disrupt parent-child bonds
Families nationwide can receive assistance when they need it most
